Hayley: Mom, I think we should move to Washington.
Me: Why Hayley?
Hayley: because George Washington lived there.
Me: I think George Washington is dead.
Hayley: I think someone shot him in the head. They didnt like his talk. He got dead.
Me: Hmmmm
Leah: Mom, GUESS what I am going to be when I grow up? A grown up.
Me in my brain: deep, very deep.
While out to dinner..
Leah: (crossing her eyes) mommy! there are TWO fans!
This is after she put her WHOLE fist in her mouth to get all of the Ranch dressing off her hand.
AAAANNNDDDD, for the grand finale. Leah, out of her 3 year old rage called Hayley a yit-butt..but said the REAL thing.
Reese: da da da bla bla da (before, during and after her attempt to climb the stairs, unravel the TP, play in the toilet, eat cheerios off the floor and hide from Leah.)
Me in my brain: Amazing, just amazing.

That was so funny, Lori. I love hearing what your kids say. I need to remember and write some of mine down...
hey, were coming to Utah this summer! We need to get together...
Yit-butt?! I LOVE it!! Wyatt just yesterday said "dumb-it" because a ball would not stay upstairs...I do not say this word, but my lovely sister does! Luckily, he took it in as just that & not the REAL word.
So, Lori, I'm wondering what you call your children when mad at them?!?!?!
:o
Love stories about what little kids say. Can't beat them, just can't beat them.
